Some rooms have changed due to the new class list update.

Camp st up Dutites groups

We do need to set up breakfast lunch and dinner, so i arranged groups based on the activity groups.

Group A is split in half, because we wont arrive at camp until after lunch, anbd will be leaving after breakfast.

Meeting 1

• Discussion on what is required as members of this group
• Need to be provided with exact number of attendance
• Discussion on best transportation options
• Need to be provided with room set out (number of and how many can be in each)

Meeting 2

• Email peers asking for room requests (Rima)
• Finding out transportation options and who is able to drive etc
• Still not provided with exact numbers regarding attendance

Meeting 4

• Please reply to Rima, providing preferences of accommodation.
• Adanac has a variety of rooms that can cater between 2-8 people per room (some rooms may require people to share double beds)

• Follow up on previous requests stated in last weeks minutes

• Please provide Natalie with transportation details (she will send an email)
